The Traction Development Racing (TDR) Team, established in 2022, is a German enduro team dedicated to advancing mountain biking, particularly in the Taunus region and throughout Germany. Our mission encompasses enhancing personal skills in enduro racing, supporting youth in realizing their potential, and promoting mountain biking nationwide. 

Our team comprises riders across various age groups, including founders and senior members as well as junior riders. They actively participate in national and international racing series, including the UCI Enduro Worldcup, Chili Enduro and Enduro One Series. 

Beyond racing, TDR is involved in several initiatives, including youth development, trail clean ups, and community engagement. Founder Shawn Farfan and Niklas Hartmann train and mentor a group of 60+ youths in their local mountain bike club, and we are actively involved in trail legalization efforts their local forests. 

Our commitment to the sport is further demonstrated through partnerships with brands like RAAW Mountain Bikes, SR Suntour, Maxxis Tires, Endura, ... which supports our team with equipment suited to their diverse rider profiles.
