Caroline Dill has extensive experience in financial analysis and technical support, currently serving as a Technical Support Advocate and previously as a Customer Success Advocate at Traction Rec since January 2023. Prior roles include Accounts Payable Associate Analyst at Salesforce, Accounts Payable Specialist at Traction on Demand, and Accounts Payable Coordinator at Dilawri Group of Companies. Caroline's earlier experience also encompasses financial roles at Volk do Brasil Ltda and Casa bb, along with a finance assistant position at Interbox - South Glass. Caroline holds a Web Development Certificate from the British Columbia Institute of Technology and completed Harvard Online's CS50's Introduction to Computer Science. Additionally, Caroline earned a degree in Financial Management from Universidade Positivo.
