Traction Rec
Caroline Li currently serves as the Assistant Controller at Traction Rec, a position held since October 2023. Previously, Caroline held the role of Senior Accountant at Diligent Canada from March 2014 to July 2023, where responsibilities included playing a crucial role in the integration of accounting systems following the acquisition of Galvanize. Prior to that, Caroline was the Assistant Controller at Peer 1 Network from June 2008 to December 2013, effectively reducing the month-end closing process duration to meet deadlines after the company's acquisition by Cogeco. Additional experience includes working as an Accountant at Pro Office Service and as a Financial Analyst at Healthcare Properties Inc., where expertise in full cycle accounting was developed. Caroline holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance from Chapman University and an M.A. in English Literature and Linguistics from Shandong University.
