Dulguun Battsogt possesses a diverse background in implementation services and quality assurance, currently serving as Manager of Implementation Services at Traction Rec since June 2019, after previously holding the position of Business Solutions Consultant - Team Lead. Prior to this role, Dulguun worked as an Implementation Consultant at Inovatec Systems and as a Business Solutions Consultant at Traction on Demand, where significant contributions included managing customer relationships, optimizing business operations through data analysis, and enhancing project phases with technical documentation. Experience also includes a position as Lead Quality Assurance Analyst, improving QA processes and mentoring new hires. Earlier roles include Lab Manager and Research Assistant at Vancouver Prostate Centre, emphasizing project management, experimental validation, and team training. Dulguun earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Simon Fraser University in 2012.
