Hong Yan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in solutions consulting and analysis. Currently serving as a Solutions Consultant and Analyst at Traction on Demand and Traction Rec since May 2017, Hong Yan previously worked at ACTIVE Network, LLC for twelve years, progressing from Technical Analyst to Support Team Lead and ultimately Business Systems Analyst. During this tenure, Hong Yan collaborated with various teams to enhance corporate CRM processes and successfully managed a team of technical analysts while implementing a new training program. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Applied Science with a joint major in Computer Science and Business from Simon Fraser University, obtained in 2003.
