Katie Canfield

Katie Canfield, PMP®, is a Customer Engagement Specialist at Traction Rec as of November 2023. Prior experience includes working as a Consultant at Cascadia Cloud Solutions, where Katie focused on customizing business processes and Salesforce training for clients, particularly non-profits. From June 2017 to November 2022, Katie served as a SaaS System Administrator and held various roles at the YMCA of Metro Denver, overseeing the implementation of a Salesforce-based CRM system, improving digital communication, and managing grant-funded initiatives. A former Program Director at the YMCA of Northwest Louisiana from March 2013 to June 2017, Katie developed community partnerships and enhanced youth programming. Katie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from LSU Shreveport.
