Lucy Shen is a seasoned product manager with a strong background in overseeing integration processes and solution deployment for clients, currently employed at Traction Rec since January 2025 and previously at Mosaic from May 2022 to December 2024. With expertise in integrating ERP and financial systems and a foundation in socio-economic analysis from a role at Stantec, Lucy has contributed to various sectors by assessing environmental impacts and facilitating communication among stakeholders. Prior experiences also include roles in customer experience and business development, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science with a minor in Commerce from The University of British Columbia and a diploma in Full-Stack Web Development from Lighthouse Labs.
