Andrew Ross Klopfer has a long history of work experience. From 2009 to 2012, they served as the Director of Business Development for Property Resources. In 2014, they became an Advisor for Oath Pizza, Breakaway Ventures, and Cuseum, as well as an Investor (until acquired) for Boston Logic Technology Partners. In 2015, they took on the role of Dev Ops for Tulip Interfaces. From 2017 to 2018, they served as an Advisor for Fairmarkit and a Director for Traction Technology Partners. Lastly, from 2012 to present, they have been the Director of ARK Ventures, LLC, where they have formed a joint venture and secured investors for a real estate loan fund, and partnered on the acquisition/capitalization and then separation of the business and (now former) NECCO property in Revere, MA.
Andrew Ross Klopfer attended Lawrence Academy from 1996 to 2000. Andrew Ross then completed a Bachelor of Science in Political Science at Union College from 2000 to 2004. Following that, they obtained a Certificate in Real Estate Finance from Boston University between 2007 and 2010. Finally, they completed an MBA at the Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business between 2011 and 2013. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Argus Enterprise from ARGUS Software Solutions, Bloomberg Market Concepts Fixed Income from Bloomberg LP, and Real Estate Broker/Sales Agent from Massachusetts.
