Andy Willett has a breadth of experience in the retail industry, starting from their days as a Store Manager at Quality Farm and Fleet to their current role as Vice President - Store Operations - Region 3 at Tractor Supply Company. With previous titles such as Regional Director, District Manager, Area Manager, and Store Manager, Andy has showcased their leadership skills and dedication to the industry. Additionally, Andy serves as the Asst Wrestling Coach at Williamson County Warriors, demonstrating their commitment to education and mentoring. Andy received their degree from Looking Glass INC. and graduated from Hart High School.
