Bart Lowe

Bart Lowe is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in application development and enterprise integration services. Currently serving as Director of IT Enterprise Integration Services at Tractor Supply Company since June 2024, Bart previously held the position of Sr. Manager of Application Development at Cigna from October 2020 to June 2024, where responsibilities included leading architecture for US Commercial data integration and managing software engineering teams in the government sector. Prior experience includes a focus on engineering and operations at Antage Inc from May 2003 to October 2020, where Bart guided national firms in leveraging innovation and technology to achieve their business goals. Bart Lowe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Tennessee Technological University, earned between 2000 and 2003.
