Edna Morris

Edna Morris serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors for Tractor Supply Company since 2023, previously holding roles including Chairman of the Compensation and Human Capital Committee and member of the Nominating and Governance Committee. In addition, Edna is a Board Member at P.F. Chang's and a Senior Advisor at Solomon Partners. Edna's entrepreneurial endeavors include serving as an advisor to several startups and holding the position of CEO/Partner at CityRange Steakhouse Grill. Leadership roles also include chairing the Compensation & Human Capital Management Peer Exchange for the Women Corporate Directors Foundation. Edna has served on boards for various restaurant chains, including Blackbox, Axum Capital Partners, BACKYARD BURGERS, and Wild Wing Cafe. Edna holds a BS in Psychology from the University of South Carolina.
