Harrison Dye

Harrison Dye is a seasoned corporate recruiter with a strong background in talent acquisition and human resources. Currently serving as a Corporate Recruiter at Tractor Supply Company since June 2022, Harrison previously held positions as an Associate Recruiter and Recruiting Coordinator at nCino, Inc. from October 2020 to June 2022. Harrison began the recruitment journey at Chick-fil-A Corporate as an International Recruiting Intern, focusing on strategic recruiting for international expansion and overseeing the Canadian Leadership Development Program applicant screening. Additional experience includes working as a Human Resources Assistant at ALS, where responsibilities encompassed recruitment, hiring, and termination processes across various locations in Eastern Canada. Harrison holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus on International Business Management from Conestoga College, complemented by earlier studies at Brock University and Sir John A. Macdonald Secondary School.
