Howard Rabinowitz

Howard Rabinowitz is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in deployment and vendor management. Currently serving as Lead Analyst for IT Deployment & Vendor Management at Tractor Supply Company since September 2021, Howard previously held roles at CBTS and Pet Valu, where responsibilities included managing telecom vendors and designing network plans. Over a 22-year tenure at Pet Valu, Howard advanced from Training Specialist to Senior Manager, developing various training programs and overseeing technical services. Howard began a career in training management with Payless, supervising training for the Southern New Jersey district. Howard holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Temple University.
