Jessica Marshall

Jessica Marshall is an experienced professional in the field of benefits, health, and wellbeing, currently serving as the Director of Benefits, Health, and Wellbeing at Tractor Supply Company since July 2024. Prior to this role, Jessica held the position of EVP, People & Culture at Fortified Health Security from November 2021 to July 2024. Additionally, Jessica has held various leadership positions in human resources and benefits management, including VP of HR, Comp, Benefits & HRIS at ChanceLight Behavioral Health from April 2017 to November 2021, and Sr Benefits Manager at Logan's Roadhouse from September 2015 to April 2017. With a comprehensive background spanning multiple organizations since 2002, Jessica has developed expertise in benefits administration and management. Jessica obtained a BBA in Human Resources from Belmont University and graduated from Livingston Academy High School.
