Joe Fell

Joe Fell has been with Tractor Supply Company since December 2001, currently serving as the Vice President Merchandise Operations. Prior to this role, Joe held positions at Pamida from 1987 to 2001, including Director of Merchandising and Divisional Vice President. Before joining Pamida, Joe worked at Target Stores from September 1979 to March 1987, starting as a Department Manager. Joe attended the University of Nebraska at Omaha from 1979 to 1983.
