Patrick Henley

Patrick Henley currently serves as the Director of Regional Compliance for Region 8 at Tractor Supply Company, a position held since June 2012, following a tenure as District Manager. Previously, Patrick worked at Target from January 2008 to June 2012, where roles included Executive Team Leader in Logistics and Executive Team Leader in Assets Protection, overseeing significant freight handling operations. Patrick holds a Master's degree in Criminology from California State University, Fresno (2006-2008) and two Bachelor’s degrees in Criminology from The University of New Mexico (2002-2006), comprising a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Science.
