Xavier Sebastian is an experienced executive with a strong background in corporate strategy and operations. Currently serving as President of Corporate Strategy at TAFE - Tractors and Farm Equipment Limited since January 2019, Xavier previously held the position of Managing Director & Partner at Boston Consulting Group from August 2010 to December 2018, focusing on the industrial and automotive sectors in India. With a comprehensive understanding of procurement, manufacturing, supply chain management, and B2B sales, Xavier's expertise was further honed as Chief Operating Officer at J&J Buying Services, which catered to global DIY retailers. Earlier in his career, Xavier worked as a Project Leader at Boston Consulting Group, tackling multiple issues across industrial goods, automotive, and consumer goods.
