Kristen Leighton, CPL

Kristen Leighton, CPL has a long history of work experience in the oil and gas industry. Kristen began their career in 2006 as a Petroleum Landman with Kellam & Magee LLC. In 2012, they joined Preferred Oil & Gas, LLC as a Petroleum Landman, where they managed a project in El Paso and Elbert Counties, Colorado and completed stake and permit packages for drilling proposals. In 2015, they joined Purple Land Management as an Independent Contractor and was promoted to Project Land Manager in 2016. In this role, they were responsible for full sovereignty title and due diligence/acquisition in Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Colorado, and Texas. In 2017, they were promoted to National Recruiter and District Land Manager (Fort Worth). In 2019, they joined Tracts as Vice President of Operations and Land Manager.

Kristen Leighton, CPL graduated from Texas Christian University in 1998 with a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Finance and Real Estate.
