Tanya Smith

Tanya Smith is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in coaching, consulting, and real estate management. Since 2012, Tanya has served as President of Red Bug Coaching & Consulting Inc., providing coaching services and consulting to various clients. Concurrently, since 2004, Tanya has worked as Business Manager at Tracy Arnett Realty Ltd., Brokerage, overseeing operations and management. Prior to these roles, Tanya held various executive and managerial positions at the Canada Border Services Agency from 1991 to 2004. Educationally, Tanya has completed the Integral Development Coach program at Impact Coaching in 2013, training in professional coaching at New Ventures West from 2011 to 2012, and holds a degree in Letters françaises from the University of Ottawa, obtained between 1987 and 1990.
