Bliss C.

Bliss C. has extensive experience in aviculture, currently serving as Primary Aviculturist at Tracy Aviary since June 2017, where responsibilities include managing the husbandry of 17 species, co-managing incubation and hand-rearing programs, and implementing public engagement initiatives. Previous roles include Animal Technician at BREC's Baton Rouge Zoo and Seasonal Bird Keeper at Indianapolis Zoological Society, where Bliss C. provided comprehensive care for a diverse range of bird species. Earlier internships at institutions such as the International Crane Foundation and Four Lakes Wildlife Center involved hands-on husbandry, wildlife research, and species-specific training programs. Bliss C. holds a Bachelor of Science in Zoology and Environmental Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and has actively participated in conservation and educational projects throughout the career.
