Glenn Ingrassia

Glenn Ingrassia has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. From 1992 to 1998, they served in the Army National Guard as a 62J. In 2000, they joined Volks Constructors, AKM, LLC as a Piping Project Manager and Estimator, responsible for estimating costs and managing projects related to petrochemical and power piping. Glenn stayed with the company and moved to different roles, including Manufacturing Manager, Estimating Manager, and Director of Construction, where they established an estimating/project management team and developed the estimating group into a well-trained team. In 2005, they joined PCE Constructors, Inc. as a Construction Manager, where they drafted proposals and partnered with owners and engineers for site execution plans. In 2011, they returned to Volks Constructors, AKM, LLC as the Director of Construction, overseeing project management, procurement, estimating, and scheduling streams. Finally, in 2016, they joined Trade Construction Company, LLC as the Manager of Construction and was later promoted to Vice President of Operations, where they coached and mentored a team of direct reports with P&L responsibility.

Glenn Ingrassia holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from Southeastern Louisiana University. Additionally, they have obtained a CWI (Certified Welding Inspector) certification from the American Welding Society. In terms of additional certifications, in March 2023, Glenn received a certification in "How to Master Your Executive Presence" from LinkedIn. In April 2023, they obtained certifications in both "How to Talk to Anyone (Blinkist Summary)" and "Managing Your Sales Process" from LinkedIn as well.
