Jan Beskid

Jan Beskid is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and systems administration. Currently serving as a Windows Administrator at Trade FIDES, a.s. since May 2023, Jan specializes in Windows Server management. Prior to this role, Jan worked at AT&T from February 2017 to February 2023 as a Technical Support Specialist, focusing on 24x7 monitoring and triage of production network elements, and incident support. Jan’s tenure at AT&T Global Network Services Czech Republic s.r.o. from November 2012 to February 2018 involved partner incident management and customer support, which included monitoring alarms and managing communication during outages. Earlier in Jan's career, from July 2004 to June 2012, professional service was provided as a soldier in the Ministry of Defense of the Czech Republic, ensuring security for residences of the President.
