João Miguel Pereira

João Miguel Pereira is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience across various roles and companies. Currently a Software Engineer at Trade Ledger since June 2020 and Principal Software Engineer at Yule Technologies since May 2017, João has led the development of a comprehensive Digital Marketing platform utilizing microservices architecture and various technologies including Java, Spring Boot, and AWS services. Previous positions include Software Engineering Consultant at Kindred Group plc, Senior Platform Developer at Sky, and Software Engineer roles at Trumin and Telegraph Media Group. With a strong background in team leadership and Agile methodologies from tenure at Nokia Siemens Networks and Siemens, João holds a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Instituto Superior de Engenharia de Coimbra.
