Holly Denton

Holly Denton is an experienced leader in product management and engineering, currently serving as the Head of Product - Platforms at Trade Me since August 2021. In this role, Holly drives product-led delivery across various engineering teams, translating company strategies into actionable roadmaps and frameworks. Prior to this, Holly held key positions at Trade Me, including Head of Delivery for Technology and Marketplace, where notable transitions toward product-led approaches were achieved. With a solid background at Transpower New Zealand spanning over a decade, Holly led critical application engineering efforts, significantly enhanced delivery capacities, and fostered high-performing teams. Holly's early career in hospitality across Europe provided a foundation in adaptability and communication. Holly holds a Bachelor of Engineering with Honours from the University of Canterbury.
