Prior to this, Wayne was the owner of Winter Media for two years. Wayne's background includes overseeing digital design, development, and operations, collaborating with other departments, and working with companies to enhance their websites and digital marketing effectiveness. Wayne graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay in 1992.
