Kamilla Orbay

Kamilla Orbay has been working as a People Analytics Associate at Trade Republic since October 2021, where this role was specifically established to leverage her expertise in People Data, encompassing responsibilities in data engineering, analytics, data governance, and regulatory reporting. Prior to this, Kamilla held positions in people analytics and recruitment, including establishing reporting structures for the Talent Acquisition Team and managing the end-to-end hiring process within technical domains at Trade Republic. Before joining Trade Republic, Kamilla worked at Morgan Stanley as a Talent Acquisition Specialist focused on recruiting top technology talent in Budapest, and gained initial experience as a Recruitment Intern at Jobsgarden. Kamilla holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Eötvös Loránd University, supplemented by earlier studies in International Economics at Budapest University of Technology and Economics.
