Martin Wiechmann

Martin Wiechmann is a Senior Software Engineer at Trade Republic since October 2024, previously serving as Lead Software Engineer and Deputy CISO at troy from April 2018 to October 2024. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Software Engineer, DevOps Engineer, and Technical Customer Experience Engineer at troy. Martin also contributed as a Process and Technology Advisor and Co-Founder at Legarius from October 2017 to April 2018, and gained initial experience as a Linux Administrator at Universität Paderborn between January 2017 and April 2018. Education includes a degree from Paderborn University from 2015 to 2019, complemented by participation in the Founders Foundation gGmbH’s Founders Accelerator program and achieving first place in the Founders Academy.
