Carrie Gildea has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Carrie currently serves as the Director of Business Affairs at Trade School, a position they have held since April 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Moxie from 2015 to 2021 as a Senior Manager of Business and Legal Affairs.

Carrie's longest tenure was at Cartoon Network, where they worked from 2010 to 2014. During their time there, they held the title of Consumer Marketing Assistant Brand Manager and was responsible for successfully managing numerous high-profile marketing campaigns. Carrie collaborated with various cross-network functions, including PR and digital, and worked with partners such as Warner Bros., LEGO, and DreamWorks. Carrie also played a key role in organizing social media operations and managing partnerships, such as the Lego KidsFest.

Before their time at Cartoon Network, Carrie worked as a Freelance employee at The Weather Channel for a few months in 2010. Prior to that, they worked at CNN Airport Network from 2002 to 2009. Carrie held various roles there, including Business Affairs Specialist, Production Coordinator, and Associate Producer/Production Coordinator. Carrie'sresponsibilities ranged from managing legal agreements and proposals to producing print, online, and on-air content.

Carrie's early career began with an internship at CNN Southeast Bureau in 1996-1997. Carrie also spent a few years at Turner Private Networks, Inc. as a Production Coordinator/Manager, overseeing production operations and managing client relationships.

Throughout their career, Carrie Gildea has demonstrated strong project management skills, effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the ability to create successful marketing campaigns. Carrie has experience in business affairs, legal affairs, marketing, and production coordination.

Carrie Gildea earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism Broadcast Production from Georgia State University, which they attended from 1995 to 1997. Prior to that, they studied Communication and Media Studies at George Mason University from 1993 to 1995. Later, from 2002 to 2005, they pursued an MBA in Business Management at SUNY Empire State College.
