Herve Lacorne

Herve Lacorne has held a variety of roles since 2000. Herve served as the CEO of Trade Solutions Group from 2000-2018, during which time they developed web-enabled applications and consulting services for financial institutions. From 2018-2019, they were the Chief Innovation Officer at WinstantPay Ltd., where they developed a payment network. From 2017-2018, they were the Head of Financial Institutions & Global E-Banking at Via Bank Ltd. and implemented a global e-banking wallet. From 2013-2017, they were the President of Angkor Capital Specialized Bank, where they stabilized, restructured, and developed a new business plan and strategic options. From 2013-2017, they were a Member of the Executive Council at The Association of Banks in Cambodia. Herve was also a Director at TechItHot Limited from 2007-2009 and at FSVAC Ltd. from 2009-2013. Additionally, they were the Senior Vice President of Foreign Exchange at Merchants Bank of California from 2002-2007. In 2019, they founded and became the CEO of World KYC.

Herve Lacorne received their MBA from Loyola Marymount University in 1991, where they studied Entrepreneurship and International Finance. Herve received their BA from California State University-Dominguez Hills in 1989, where they studied International Business. Herve attended Le lycee francais de los Angeles from 1981 to 1984.
