Bryn Heimbeck

President and Co-Founder at Trade Tech

Bryn Heimbeck has over 30 years of experience in the transportation and supply chain software industry. Bryn began their career in 1985 as a Sales Representative for OOCL. In 1989, they were promoted to Assistant General Manager for OOCL (HKG), Inc., where they were responsible for sales and customer service for all services in and out of Hong Kong and Southern China. Bryn then moved to Fritz Companies Inc. in 1995, where they served as Director of Transpacific Inbound NVOCC Development. In 1999, they co-founded Trade Tech Inc. with Kevin Clark, and built it into a leader in Cloud-Based International Transportation and Supply Chain Software with 10 offices around the world. Bryn was responsible for consulting on the transfer of American President Lines’ LCL cargo to an NVOCC operation, IIX, the predecessor of the APL Logistics’ NVO today.

Bryn Heimbeck attended Central Washington University from 1979 to 1981, Faculte Des Lettres, Avignon from 1981 to 1982, and the University of Washington from 1982 to 1984, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and Economic Development.
