Maciej Kasperowicz

Maciej Kasperowicz has worked in the coffee industry since 2010. Maciej began their career at Gregorys Coffee as a Barista, then moved on to become the Director of Coffee, Social Media Manager, and Educator. In 2019, they joined Trade Coffee as the Director of Coffee and QC Consultant. As Director of Coffee, Maciej built a coffee program for a new roastery, worked with importers and exporters to contract and purchase green coffee, and projected coffee usage to accurately purchase forward coffee. As Social Media Manager, they managed and grew the company's social media accounts, disseminated information to the online customer base, and communicated with store leads to perform online customer service tasks across all platforms. As Educator, they implemented the first company-wide barista training program and helped develop a company-wide system of performance evaluations and systems for statistical analysis. As QC Consultant, they taste and evaluates all incoming coffees from Trade's roster of 50+ coffee roasters and writes clear, catchy website coffee for all incoming coffees.

Maciej Kasperowicz attended Fordham University from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in English.
