Ena Mitrović has a diverse work experience, starting in 2012 as a PR Manager & Social Media Director at YouQueen Magazine. Ena then joined Silver Bell Group in 2016, where they held various roles including Sales Agent, Sales Manager, Chief Marketing Officer, and Project Manager. In their Sales Manager role, Ena managed a team of 30 agents in the call center and performed duties such as working in CRM, holding courses and briefs, motivating agents, and looking for improvements. In 2017, Ena joined TradeCore as a Customer Success Representative before transitioning to their current position as Customer Technical Support Manager.

Ena Mitrović's education history begins in 2006 when they attended Sixth Belgrade gymnasium for an unknown field of study and did not earn a degree. From 2009 to 2013, they pursued their Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Media Studies at Singidunum University. After completing their undergraduate studies, Ena went on to enroll in Singidunum University again from 2015 to 2016 to pursue a Master's degree in Communication and Public Relations.
