Lazar Nikolic

Lazar Nikolic has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Lazar began their career at Admiral Markets Serbia as a Senior Sales Manager, where they successfully handled leads from CRM and maintained customer relationships. Lazar then transitioned to Smarty Code as a Project Coordinator, responsible for coordinating between programmers and designers in the development of new software products for trading on financial markets. Lazar then joined ArgusFX as a Business Development Manager, working closely with the General Manager to optimize the client database and improve sales/support systems. At Xchange Capital Limited, Lazar served as a Business Development Executive, overseeing the day-to-day management of the sales/support team, IT, and marketing. Lazar also worked at NCR Corporation, where they held the roles of MyNCR Administrator and PS Technical Consultant. In these positions, they provided technical support, handled IT/application incidents, and administered access to multiple applications under the MyNCR database. Currently, Lazar is employed as a Business Development Manager at TradeCore.

Lazar Nikolic completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Management from "Union – Nikola Tesla" University Faculty of Business and Law from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained another Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Belgrade, where they studied from 2002 to 2016. In addition to their formal education, Lazar has also obtained multiple certifications in Agile methodologies from LinkedIn, including Agile Foundations, Agile at Work: Building Your Agile Team, Agile at Work: Driving Productive Agile Meetings, Agile at Work: Planning with Agile User Stories, Transitioning from Waterfall to Agile Project Management, and Managing Team Conflict.
