Asmaa Abbas

Asmaa Abbas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service, logistics, and document control. Currently serving as Customer Service and Logistics at Tradecorp International since July 2022, Asmaa previously held multiple roles at Air Liquide since January 2007, including Document Control & IMS Supervisor, where responsibilities involved establishing the integrated management system and maintaining compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards. As Senior Sales Support, Asmaa handled customer complaints, coordinated equipment maintenance, processed orders, and supervised a team member while ensuring customer satisfaction and effective sales support. Asmaa holds a Bachelor's Degree in French Language from the Faculty of Alsun at Ain Shams University in Cairo, Egypt, completed between 2003 and 2006.
