Jason Sluka is an experienced operations leader with a diverse background in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Tradecraft Coffee & Tea since July 2022, Jason previously held the position of District Operations Manager at Canteen from March 2015 to July 2022. Prior to that, Jason was the Owner of Suncoast Coffee Service and Vending from November 2002 to March 2015 and worked as a Budget Systems Analyst at Asheville Citizen Times between June 2000 and October 2002. Early in their career, Jason gained valuable experience as a Bartender at Outback Steakhouse from 1994 to 1999. Jason holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of South Florida, earned between 1995 and 1998.
