Rebecca Harrison is a seasoned professional in the coffee and tea industry, currently serving as Program Manager at Tradecraft Coffee & Tea since August 2022, where responsibilities include client engagement and retention strategies. Prior experience includes founding and leading Rhiza Coffee Co. since January 2017, an international organization focused on providing job skills training for young adults in Peru. Rebecca also held positions such as Lead Barista at Madcap Coffee Company and Assistant Manager at Ridgetop Coffee and Tea, where operational efficiency and training programs were key focuses. Earlier roles included a multifaceted position at Radford Coffee Company, contributing to employee training and business growth. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Arts in Youth Ministry from North Park University, completed in May 2016.
