Lily Ngo

Lily Ngo is an accomplished Product Designer with extensive experience in creating mobile and web applications. Currently employed at Macy's since November 2015, Lily leads the design of the Scan & Pay in-store feature and integrates point of sale systems. In addition, Lily consults for high-growth Silicon Valley startups through Tradecraft, contributing to projects like Yahoo's Livetext and Together10, where usability testing and user research were key focuses. Prior roles include Visual Designer positions at Maxximum Realty and HomeStyles, where marketing materials and website optimizations were created.
