Milton Lee

Milton Lee is a skilled Product Designer at Tradecraft since November 2019, contributing to a full-time design apprenticeship program that equips individuals for success in high-growth startups through hands-on projects, curriculum, and mentorship. Prior to this role, Milton served as a Site Reliability Engineer and Senior Network Operations Center Engineer at Blackhawk Network from 2012 to February 2019, where responsibilities included critical data analysis, creating monitoring metrics, and troubleshooting business-critical systems. Milton holds a Master of International Public Policy and Management with a focus on Public Policy Analysis from the University of Southern California, as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Systems and Finance from the UW Foster School of Business.
