Nicole Mitchell, CTB has a varied work experience, beginning in 1999 when they held the role of Revenue Agent III at the Oregon Department of Revenue. In 2006, they moved to West Plains Company as a Transportation Broker, where they were responsible for procuring shipping clients and carriers. In 2010, they became President of M7 Logistics, Inc. and also founded My Organic Nation. In 2017, they moved to Reliant Transportation as a New Business Development and also founded ASHLEYS WINGS. In 2022, they held the role of Contract Analyst Transportation Services at Black Hills Energy and Business Development Specialist at Riolo Transportation Inc. In 2023, they became Executive Director of Operations Product Strategy and Product Management at TradeHelp\u2122. Additionally, Nicole has held the role of Business Development Executive in Consulting since 2018.

Nicole Mitchell, CTB obtained a degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas between 1994 and 1996. In May 2009, they obtained a Certified Transportation Broker certification from the Transportation Intermediaries Association.
