Charanjeet Jha

CharanJeet Jha has an extensive background in Learning and Development (L&D) roles. CharanJeet started their career as a Soft Skill Trainer at airtel from July 2008 to December 2010. CharanJeet then worked as the A.M TRAINING at Idea Cellular Ltd from July 2010 to December 2015, where they streamlined processes and reduced operational costs. From December 2015 to September 2017, they served as the L&D Manager at IndiaMART InterMESH Limited. Currently, CharanJeet holds the position of Chief Manager at Tradeindia.com-Infocom Network Ltd since September 2017. Additionally, they briefly served as the Sr. Manager of Training and Development at Tradeindia.com-Infocom Network Ltd from September 2018 to October 2019, where they focused on creating positive work environments and implementing transformative learning programs.

CharanJeet Jha attended Doaba College Jalandhar, where they studied computers. Following that, they went on to enroll at Panjab University, Chandigarh, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. CharanJeet Jha has obtained additional certifications such as a Sales Workshop from Juno School of Business in August 2023, a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt from Sparen & Gewinn Consulting in July 2023, and a Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing from Google in July 2023.
