Deepti Sharma

Deepti Sharma is currently serving as the Team Leader of Human Resources at TradeIndia.com - Infocom Network Private Limited since October 2023. Prior to this role, Deepti worked as a Human Resources Executive at Smartworks from April 2022 to October 2023, focusing on talent acquisition, pre/onboarding processes, and employee engagement. Earlier experience includes a Human Resources Intern position at Smartworks and Rabbani ITI, where responsibilities included sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews, along with engaging new employees and coordinating various HR functions. Deepti is pursuing an MBA in HR and Marketing from Lloyd Institute of Management & Technology, having graduated with a BBM in Business Administration from Nalanda College.
