Nelson Lai

Nelson Lai is an experienced professional in application support and IT management, currently serving as Application Support Manager at Tradelink Electronic Commerce Limited since December 2017, after progressing through roles including Assistant Manager and Senior Analyst. Prior to this, Nelson worked as a System Analyst at Checkpoint Systems, focusing on IT project management and process re-engineering. Nelson’s career began at Pfizer as IT Manager for APAC Logistics & Supply Operations, overseeing global application development and SAP implementation. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from City University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor Degree in Computing Studies from the University of Ulster, complemented by a Higher Diploma in Computer Studies from City University of Hong Kong.
