Zlatka Staikova

Zlatka Staikova has extensive experience in trade support operations, currently working at TradeLink since February 2016, where responsibilities include providing 2nd tier support, facilitating communication between traders and development teams, and troubleshooting critical trading system issues. Previously, Zlatka served as a Trade Support Engineer at Akuna Capital, managing production trading applications and optimizing system performance. Prior roles include operations at the New York Stock Exchange, where monitoring of high-frequency trading applications was key, as well as an Administrator at TCF Bank handling Windows system maintenance and user access management. Early career experience includes working as an IT Specialist at Internet Center. Zlatka holds a Bachelor of Science in Network and Communications Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University and an Associate's degree in Project Management from Kiril i Metodii Smolyan.
