Lance W. Taylor

Lance W. Taylor, CCIM, currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Retail and Mixed Use Development at Trademark Property Company since September 2024. Previously, Taylor held the position of Vice President of Acquisitions and Development at NewMark Merrill Companies, Inc. from May 2023 to September 2024 and was the Principal of Real Estate Investments and Development at SL Taylor Investments LLC from September 2020 to May 2023. Taylor's extensive experience includes a Director role at EB Arrow overseeing a $500 million portfolio and strategic asset management at Deutschebank, managing a 3 million square foot retail portfolio. Taylor has held senior positions at Jones Lang LaSalle, Stream Realty Partners, Archon Group, and PO'B Montgomery & Company, contributing to significant projects and transactions throughout a career anchored in marketing and real estate development. Taylor earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from The University of Texas at Austin.
