Hallie Ricketts has a diverse range of work experience in the legal field. Hallie started as an Office Manager for Justice Kilbride's Retention Campaign in 2010, before transitioning to the role of Executive Legal Secretary at Rock Island County Courthouse later that year. In this role, they were responsible for transcribing, formatting, typing, and proofreading legal documents for multiple judges. Hallie also conducted legal research and trained staff on the use of WestLawNext.

In 2013, Ricketts joined the Illinois Attorney General's Office as a Legal Secretary, where they worked until 2015. During this time, they provided administrative support to the legal team.

In 2015, Ricketts pursued their Paralegal and Criminal Justice degrees and, in 2016, they joined Trademarkia as Director of Global Operations and Senior Paralegal. Hallie currently holds this position, although specific start and end dates are not provided.

Hallie Ricketts pursued their education at Kaplan University. From 2011 to 2012, they completed an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Paralegal Studies. Following that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Criminal Justice with a focus on Juvenile Justice, which they completed between 2012 and 2013. Lastly, from 2013 to 2015, Hallie pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Criminal Justice/Law, further advancing their knowledge in the field.
