Laura Lutkefedder

Laura Lutkefedder has a diverse work experience in various industries. Laura currently serves as the Vice President of Legal Affairs at Tradepoint Atlantic since February 2019. Prior to this, they worked at The Cordish Companies as an Associate Development Director from May 2017 to January 2019 and as an Associate General Counsel from September 2015 to January 2019. Laura also interned at the Maryland Department of Natural Resources, Land Acquisition and Planning Unit as a Legal Intern from January 2015 to April 2015. Additionally, they gained experience as a Summer Law Clerk at the Office of the Attorney General with the Maryland Department of Planning in June 2014-August 2014. Laura also worked as a Law Clerk at Salsbury Clements Bekman Marder & Adkins, LLC from August 2013 to November 2013 and as a Judicial Intern at the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County in June 2013-August 2013. In earlier roles, they served as an Operations Manager at SpinSheet Publishing Company from June 2011 to August 2013, a Field Director at Girl Scout Council of the Nation's Capital from June 2009 to May 2011, and they held positions at Imagination Stage, Inc. as a Director of Speak Out On Stage Junior Ensemble from August 2008 to June 2009 and as a Professional Apprentice from August 2007 to July 2008.

Laura Lutkefedder received their J.D. (Doctor of Law) degree with a focus on Environmental Law Certificate from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law in 2015. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate education at Wake Forest University from 2003 to 2007, earning a BA degree with a major in Theatre and a minor in Communication. Laura attended Severn School from 1996 to 2003 but did not obtain a specific degree or field of study during that time. In 2015, Laura obtained the Maryland Bar Admission from the Maryland State Board of Law Examiners.
