Stephanie Cosacescu

Stephanie Cosacescu has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Stephanie started their career as an English Instructor at PDI, where they developed curriculum and led group classes and tutoring sessions. Stephanie then worked as an Administrative & Marketing Assistant at Aerial Kiteboarding, assisting with operations, client database management, and marketing. Stephanie's next position was as an Editor in the field of editing and proofreading, where they contributed to papers and proposals accepted at international conferences and helped students improve their grades. Stephanie also gained experience as a Student Research Assistant at BCIT, conducting qualitative research and presenting at conferences. Stephanie's most recent work experience has been in the software engineering field at AutoTrader.ca, where they held roles such as Senior Software Engineering Manager, Associate Software Engineering Manager, and Tech Lead & Software Engineer. Stephanie has extensive experience in full-stack development, cloud services, and front-end technologies. Stephanie Cosacescu began their education in 2010 at The University of British Columbia, where they studied in the Faculty of Arts until 2014. Following this, they attended the British Columbia Institute of Technology from 2016 to 2018, focusing on Computer Systems Technology. In addition to their formal education, Stephanie obtained certifications in TCPS2: Core from the Government of Canada: Panel on Research Ethics in February 2017, and Level 1 Ski Instructor from the Canadian Ski Instructors' Alliance in November 2014.
