Beata Rystedt is currently serving as the Head of Customer Service at Tradera while also fulfilling the role of Product Owner and People Manager. They have previously worked as a Data Management Consultant at Echo State AB and served as a Student Ambassador for Ericsson. Beata’s background includes an internship at Scania Group and experience as a Scrum Master and Agile Coach at Karolinska Universitetssjukhuset. They hold a Master’s degree in Engineering Physics from Kungliga tekniska högskolan and participated in exchange studies in Computer Engineering at Nanyang Technological University.
