Alexis Smith

Alexis Smith is currently serving as a Kids Programming Specialist at Traders Point Christian Church since July 2023, following a tenure as a Kindergarten Teacher at Kingsway Christian School. Previously, Alexis held the position of Leadership Resident at Traders Point Christian Church, where responsibilities included cultivating discipleship skills, recruiting for leadership events, and creating resources for children's curriculum. Earlier teaching experience includes roles at Greenwood Northeast Elementary, where instruction catered to diverse learning needs, and as a student teacher in a 5th-grade classroom. Alexis also served in residential life at Franklin College and worked with various organizations through YouthWorks. Education was completed with a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Franklin College.
