Erin Woods

National Excecutive Director at Trades of Hope

Erin Woods has been working in various roles since 2002. Erin began their career as a Teacher at Lake Mary High School in 2002. In 2013, they joined Trades of Hope as a National Executive Director. Erin then became a Compassionate Entrepreneur and Director at Trades of Hope in the same year. In this role, they work to break the cycle of poverty through the creation of sustainable, income-generating jobs. Erin partners with artisan groups in 12 countries, with predominantly women, to empower lives and change the world. Erin practices Fair Trade principles which ensure artisans a living wage, a safe working environment, and an investment in the community as a whole.

Erin Woods obtained their Master's degree in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from the University of Central Florida between 2000 and 2003. Erin received their Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature, General from Florida State University between 1996 and 1999.
